Background
- Accomplished lawyer and former Senior Partner of Vinson & Elkins LLPC and Co-Chair of the firm's Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group, and a member of it's management committee.
Career
- Prior to joining Vinson & Elkins, Denis was a founding partner of a New York based bankruptcy boutique firm Cronin & Vris, LLP. He was previously at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz for 21 years, 16 of which were as partner.
- Areas of focus: Corporate restructurings, workouts, chapter 11 reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial law, and mediation.
